| In an effort to prevent the “non-renewal” of a client’s Sunoco franchise, D&I commenced a lawsuit under the federal Petroleum Marketing Practices Act wherein we were successful in obtaining a temporary restraining order maintaining our client’s rights as a franchisee. |
