Subway Purchasing Cooperative, IPC, offers new services to Subway franchisees

Change Dynamics, a leading provider of IT service management announced today that they are going to be assisting IPC, an independent Subway Franchisee purchasing cooperative, in managing Subway franchisees with their IT processes and systems.

IPC handles negotiations for Subway franchisees dealing with the purchase of food, supplies, equipment and other services.  In 2006, their business began growing so large due to the amount of franchisees purchasing Subways that lately they have been finding the need to expand on their IT systems in order to effectively and efficiently handle all of their needs.

IPC has chose to use a program offered by Change Dynamics called IT Symphony.  This program will allow IPC to effectively handle all of the needs for Subway franchisees.  The program will offer three main services to IPC: service desk, change management and an area to store all of their contracts, documentation and applications in an organized manner.
